How about a news lady spontaneously turning into a huge dinosaur, starting with her lower half. Maybe due to some sort of biological weapon.

Helen, Violet and Mirage from the Incredibles franchise in the end stages of transforming into dogs after being injected with a powerful TF-inducing agent by a corrupt cop hellbent on adding them to the local K-9 Squad (or failing that, making them the Squad's broodbitches). Helen is becoming either a fox red Labrador Retriever or a black and tan German Shepherd (take your pick; either one works), while Violet is becoming a black Labrador Retriever and Mirage is becoming a white Standard Poodle with a Continental clip. All three of them are on all fours, their tongues lolling out of their increasingly canine mouths as their faces push out into muzzles. In addition to the physical changes, they are also experiencing some profound mental changes as their new dog minds steadily take over, erasing more and more of their humanity in the process.

Ok, I got a challenge that will test your skills as an artist. You ready? You must draw......Steve Buscemi. Draw him turning people into dinosaur creatures from "Spy Kids 2" if you have to, But the Most Important part of the Piece is the Buscemi face

wendy from disneys peter pan transformed into a mermaid. i always imagined the mermaids who teased her whould make wendy into one of them. You could draw her sitting on a rock her tail has a light blus color and she has a white sea-shell bra (like ariel). her hair schould be loose or longer ( a ponytail maybe).

Fox's series "Peter Pan and the Pirates" did a concept like that, the episode was titled "Vanity, Thy Name is Mermaid", they do a poof type unseen transformation, but you do see a mermaid Wendy in the end. I would also think in this scenario Tinkerbell would have conspired with the mermaids to have her transformed, and the transformation would have the added aspect of making her forget she was human or about Peter.

Jen from, the show 6teen, has always been jealous of her sisters womanly figure, finding an odd store in the mall, she purchases something the store owner claims will enhance her figure for a dollar. She can’t claim it didn’t work, but her lack of reading the instructions and downing it with a milkshake has resulted in her breasts turning into an udder as she devolves into a cow. She also posses a set of horns, a cow tail and her feet have burst from her shoes as hooves as she struggles to remain upright.
