Okay, now that there is a small lull between conventions, I can type something.  Jesus!

I've been typing the whole time, honestly just on stuff you haven't seen yet.  I'm working on a game for somebody, I have tuned pitches of various media plays for Hollywood Ryan, and when I have a moment I work on the I Love Kris Straub EP, a real project I assure you is an actual thing.  Right now it's four songs but I think it would be crazy to do more than six.  Right?  So here, in the days before another PAX, I take a moment to say hello.

On the occasion of our 24th anniversary, I think Gabriel was feeling very tender within his heart.  We have a sense of this from the post he posted:

Which went so far as to use Google Maps to secure an image of the hallowed Apartment 26, which made an appearance in some of the first strips.  To understand just how crazy what he did is, you have to know that Wonderland USA is way, way far away from the apartment.  Why didn't he start at Didier's Yogurt & More?  You can get soup in a bowl that is made out of bread there.  You can eat the soup and literally eat the bowl!  When you're done, you're just looking quizzically at an empty plate.  "Did I already order?" you might think to yourself.  "Am I waiting for my food to arrive?"

I don't know.  Maybe these bowls weren't as important to him.  I think about those bowls a lot.

The library is right across the street, I was there all the time - and not just to cut through their laws to go to Pizza Pipeline.  But that also happened.  They have a cinnamon breadstick that you dip in frosting.  It's probably illegal.  It definitely tastes like crime.
