The new Club PA pins for 2022 are available right now at https://store.penny-arcade.com/products/club-pa-2022-pin 

These pins are free to all members of the Merch and Fleshreaper tiers. There is a limit of two Club PA pins per account. In years past, these pins have been distributed twice a year. This year, however, these pins will be on the store through the end of the year, and you can have both pins shipped to you at the same time. if you so choose. Shipping charges will still apply.

Before I check out I am seeing a shipping fee, is that correct or will this be removed once I confirm my purchase?

I had to pay shipping. Not removed/free. I think given everywhere they'd have to ship and how expensive it can be in many cases, shipping is no longer free. I seem to recall that being true of the quarterly merch at one point but only for certain places?

Hello - I'm unable to load this link, receiving only a "This content is protected, but it doesn't look like you have access. If you feel this is a mistake, please contact the store owner." message. I use the same e-mail address for both Patreon and the Penny Arcade Store, and I can log into my Patreon account on penny-arcade.com without issue.
