Sketchbook + Some Updates (Patreon)

Bonjour all! This sketch is from the recent ESRB campaign that we helped out on. We had a great time doing it, and we should have some more fun stuff coming up. Keep your eyes peeled, etc.

We've hit the three month mark of Club PA! It seems, to me at least, like it's been bother far longer than that and far less. $10 patrons who signed up in May will be getting their second merch package soon, and we're really eager to hear your feedback on the kind of stuff you like/don't like. We haven't done anything along the lines of these packages before, so we're still feeling it out a little. We have some very cool plans for the future though. 

Some people who signed up after May haven't received their first merch package yet, but we've tracked down the bug that caused this and will be sending out those packages ASAP. Don't forget, if you ever don't receive something that we've promised in our offering, you can always shoot pgroome@penny-arcade.com an email and he'll check it out and figure out what the problem is.

The biggest teething problem we have, by far, is that not everyone is receiving the merch discount and coupon codes. This is frustrating for us as well, because once those emails leave the chamber we have no way of knowing if they got through, and if they don't get through we have no real way of telling why. Thankfully, we're working on a system that will simply display your codes on the front page, with no email required at any point. 

ClubPA, even on our new system, involves a lot of moving parts. We're really grateful for both your patience while we work out the teething troubles, and the help that so many of you have given in helping us figure out when and where things are going wrong.

Onto another matter: we're hoping that you won't object too strenuously to this, but we may be working on some of our quarterly exclusive stream content a little... early. You may receive more than one stream per quarter. We apologise deeply for this inconvenience, and crave your forgiveness. I'll keep you updated.

There's also the matter of the Club PA meetup, with PAX approaching. Expect some news on this (and a poll!) this week.
