Poll clarifications, and next development steps (Patreon)

Since the 1st poll ended in a tie and I'm still figuring out the best approach to them, I've decided that the best option would be to go ahead and make them both bosses in the game, because the huge majority voted for these 2.

Since the vote was for a forest stage boss, the 1st one to be made will be the plant girl as she fits a bit better thematically. 

So for the next week this is what I'll be working on: fine tuning the boss's design with the respective patron and implementing the boss fight, meaning behaviors, skills and overall mechanics, then finally the ero grab and animations. Once I complete the boss, I'll do another small patreon release with the full forest stage leading to the boss fight.

Now, as for polls going forward, here I'll list some ideas that I'll try out for the next one to address some issues brought up by everyone:

Multiple-choice: You can vote on more than one entry, so that you can vote for everything that you like and increase the overall chances of something you voted for winning.

Single Poll: Instead of a separate poll for each tier, everyone votes in the same poll and at the end I compute the voting power of each vote and thus the final result. So this in addition with the multiple-choice, helps with people focusing on voting for whatever they like, instead of just changing their votes to a couple of entries, since now even if an entry has the lowest votes, it can end up easily winning because these votes may have the highest vote power.

Entry Variation: Winning fetishes are forbidden from the next immediate poll. This allows variation in the entries, and avoids a single fetish dominating every poll.

Entry Consolidation: Since I have to parse every patron's suggestions, if I see two different patrons suggesting more or less the same type of entry, I'll propose to both of them to consolidate their entries into one, if they so wish. This will not only increase the chances of this particular entry, but also helps keep the number of entries low in case the number of Heroic Darling patron's rises.

Cumulative Repeat Bonus: If an entry doesn't win a poll, then if the patron puts it forth again it earns a bonus voting power for the next poll, inversely proportional to it's position in the last poll. So for example if the least voted entry F gets repeated, it would get a bonus of something like 4 voting power, and the second most voted entry B would get 1 bonus voting power. This gives a fighting chance to least favorite fetishes and also rewards losing entries with an increasing cumulative winning chance.

I will try those approaches for the next poll, and see what works and what doesn't, but the general intent is to make the polls more attractive and fair to everyone.

Oh another thing I almost forgot, some patrons said that both the "entry suggestions" and poll voting period were too short/fast, because not every patron checks here everyday and some only check weekly, etc. This was my bad and I apologize.

So for now I'll set a week for both of those. When I start gathering suggestions it will be for a period of 7 days, and then I'll open up the poll and let that run also for 7 days. Hopefully this will give time for everyone to engage with the polls.

EDIT: To give a bit more clarification on the "forbidden" fetishes: When the time comes for the next poll and you send me your entries again, it's as simple as asking me if your entry is valid or not.

Currently the winners are: Vore and Vanilla, so those are forbidden from the next poll.

"Wait, isn't blowjob vanilla?" Sure, but since in the list it is separated into its own category it is allowed.

"OK, but titjob is not on the list... is it forbidden then?" Since titjob is not on the list, it then would fall into the vanilla umbrella, so it is forbidden.

"That's confusing!" It kinda is to be honest with you, but again, all you have to do is confirm with me when the time comes to make the suggestions. 

This will be valid for the next poll but if it ends up being something that is more trouble than it is helpful, then I'll rethink the approach or abandon it completely.
