It was incredibly interesting to see ATEEZ open up about their songwriting and creative process with Zach Sang.

I can answer a few questions about the theme and stuff! Theme: ATEEZ run in different dimensions in their storyline but their overall theme is pirates, so even if they break off and do a different thing for music videos and album series the pirate theme still carries through and is basically the only consistent theme. Outlaw album: I really highly suggest you all check out the outlaw album in full! Outlaw is the 2nd album in their “The World” album series. ATEEZ albums are all broken up into series/eras. “The World: Ep 2 Outlaw” is the EP/Mini album that Bouncy is from. Thee released it June 2023. It to me is ATEEZ MOST genre bending/experimental but cohesive album. It ‘s in my top 3 bodies of work for them. You were asking what they were doing next after bouncy and that actually is “Crazy Form” which is their most recent title that you did, they released it within their 2nd Full Length album(Korean) “The World Ep Fin: Will” this is the 3rd final installment of “The World” album series. The first one is “The World Ep 1: Movement” from which they released “Guerrilla” I just wanted to say I am also a very detail oriented person, after the music and music videos my favorite thing is behind the scenes/making of content so when you get these rare interviews where they talk about it in a profession setting I really cherish it. I have a music background as well so it’s fun for me. ATEEZ are very involved with their music, especially Hongjoong as you now know. He has songs that he has written and composed/produced for the group and more recently Hongjoong actually has behind the music for ATEEZ newly debuted little brother group “Xikers” he has been under the tutelage of Edenary(Their producing team) since he started at KQ mainly with Eden and with Xikers he has been able to write on/compose/arrange/produce every since song on their debut and sophmore EP’s helping him grow as a producer. ATEEZ are so hard working and their story is so unique. Also hongjoong is very charming lol I am glad you all picked up on that, he really is the perfect representation of what a leader is, ATEEZ all are very charming and charismatic individually and I can’t wait until you all can see more of their stuff. They are very open about their creative things and when they do live on their down time to chat with fans they often will talk about recently released thing or stories about old things they have done. Hongjoong mainly but also Mingi will sometimes play Demo versions of their songs or raps for fans to hear the difference from that and the finished and released song. Also, ATEEZ does not stop lmao they are starting a NEW tour actually in like 2 weeks, they're doing Seoul concerts first then moving on to Japan shows, and from there more than likely will start over with Europe and the USA again, they will probably wrap back around to South America in 2025. ATEEZ were just announced as a performing artist at COACHELLA making them the first-ever K-pop boyband to perform there.

Outlaw is the second album of the "The World" trilogy. Guerrilla is the tittle track of the "The World EP 1 Movement" (is the first one of the trilogy) Then is "The World EP 2 Outlaw" where Bouncy is the title track. In december they released "The World EP FIN: Will" that is the end of the trilogy (a full album), and the title track is Crazy Form, also they released music videos of the unit songs that are in that album. Now the next album will be a different theme, and we are all curious about it
