Onew went on a hiatus during HARD promotions due to health reasons. The concert clip was when he was already back from his hiatus.

Onew had to leave for a health hiatus half way through filming the MV for hard and he was gone for almost a year, so he wasn't in any of the album promotions and in most of the 15th anniversary stuff. Juice has an official performance video without him as well.

Hello! So I’m a new patreon and I have spent the past few days binging all your SHINee content 😂 loving to see your shawol journey! I’ve noticed you’ve only really reacted to music related content aside from the guide (which focused more on their careers and didn’t really show much of the members’ personalities or interactions, so I want to recommend some videos for you to watch!) I tried to choose beginner friendly videos because I feel like funny compilations and the like are more fun to watch down the line rather as an introduction. In regards to Onew, he went on hiatus due to medical reasons right as Hard was set to be released. He was very unwell and had lost a very noticable amount of weight leading up to it. He's recently said he dropped to about 53kg. After he underwent neck surgery, (he didn't go into detail as to what it was for or what it was treating) he decided to take further time off to recover, relax, and travel. The members fully supported his decision and he quoted them as saying “How about you go on a trip, hyung? Rest and find peace of mind. We’ll be waiting for you anytime, so you can come back whenever you want.” He was gone for about 10 months, and in that time Key, Minho & Taemin promoted the album, and did a Tour without him. They worked so hard, and did such an amazing job. Onew looks so much happier and healthier now, and the members, especially Taemin, were so glad to have him back, and of course, us fans were too. The Satellite performance is from their Encore World Tour after he returned, where we finally got to see all the Hard Album performances with all the members. It was amazing to see him perform again, and see them all together as a family.
