The next update for my All-In-One retail profile is finally ready. v1.2 of the profile still requires TSM 4.10, it does not work with TSM 4.9.38!

If you are a Tier 2 and Tier3 patreon, you can simply send me your TradeSkillMaster.lua file that is located in your World of Warcraft/_retail_/WTF/Account/(YourAccount)/SavedVariables/ folder with a note that you'd like me to add the retail v1.2 profile via private message on Discord.

Here's a list of what changed in this new version:

Changelog v1.2:

  • Moved shirts that you can get from the free shirt event where an identical shirt is also sold by a regular vendor into the Vendor group.
  • Changed the way the shopping operation of the "Crafting" group works. It only searches for items that you know how to craft and will show you items listed at or below your Crafting Cost at a price low enough for you to make the same profit that the crafting operation uses as its minimum profit. So you can run shopping scans to find cheap items for less than what it would have cost you to craft them yourself.
  • Changed the maximum shopping price for current content commodities (used to be 40% by mistake, now it's 75%)
  • When the profile estimates the value of an item, it now also factors in the DBRegionSaleAvg. Since this value generally undervalues items quite a bit, it is only used to cap the value at 20x the DBRegionSaleAvg value. This will only really affect items where both the realm prices and the regional prices have been grossly inflated. This applies to all parts of TSM; Shopping, Crafting and Auctioning.
  •  Items that are currently valued fairly close to their VendorSell price that don't seem to be worth posting at all at the moment will have a Post Cap of 0 and TSM will not post them. You can then manually decide whether you want to stash them away in your bank or on an alt or just sell them to a vendor.
  • Added a bunch of missing engineering items to a 'Misc' group.
  • Replaced MCS/FSC/FCS auctioning operations with fewer, "smarter" operations. This also affects how the "dump mode" works: The operations will try to ensure that you make a profit, both compared to your SmartAvgBuy and your Crafting Cost. Should either of these values be much higher than the usual value of the item, TSM will discard that value. So should your crafting cost much higher than the usual value of the item, the operation will no longer try to ensure that you get more than your Crafting Cost, but it will still try to ensure that you get more than your SmartAvgBuy value (this could be the case if you only have rank 1 for a flask for example, where your crafting cost is high but you still regularly buy and resell the flask)
  • Crafting operations now account for the AH cut and deposit fee as part of the minimum profit setting instead of the Craft Value Method. This shouldn't have any effect on which items will get added to your crafting queue when you restock, but it will cause TSM Gathering to tell you to craft materials if you can craft them for less than their usual value (for example, where TSM might have told you to buy bolts of cloth it might now tell you to buy the cloth and then craft the bolts).

hi there, your All-In-One Retail profile, is that just foe wow classic or for bfa and shadowlands?

How long should it take to get the email? It's been about 15 minutes and I've got nothing.

Terry Musser

Coming up on 45 minutes now since signing up for the $10 sub. What's the discord server name? Where are the TSM profiles?

Sissy Johnson

I'm not sure how to get the info, but I signed up for the $10 sub yesterday.
