Finished commission for  UninspiredJigglypuff!

It seems like Dragonite is feeling a bit salty after getting his ass handed to him by the adorable fairy kitty. He never was quite fond of the unfair type advantage that fairy had over dragon.

He thought of a clever way to get back at him... fairy is weak to steel so why not lock the fairy type's cock in a tight steel chastity cage? That should be a decent debuff to their abilities! And to ensure he doesn't accidentily take it off, Dragonite made sure to insert a permalock into the keyhole to ensure it NEVER comes off >:)

Maybe now Sylveon will go a little easier on Dragonite!
