I personally think the veins tend to be a bit distracting, I like them every now and then but nonetheless it’s still a solid piece, great work Musctonk!

I get what you mean. While I personally don’t need to see veins all the time, if I see muscles that are completely smooth or don’t have other details or accompanying line work showing more striations, it feels like something is missing. Veins are one way to achieve that but it’s good to change things up now and then.

Yeah, I get that. I just think it’s odd to see these comments recently about the veins being back, when they never left. With Musctonk’s work and how well he captures size I personally enjoy the smoother look as it feels a bit more clean.
