March 2023 Updates (Patreon)

Hey friends,

Just wanted to give everyone a little run-down for what I have been up to this month.

I had a bit of a setback with the hard-drive I bought to replace my old one (I bought a nearly identical model, just newer), where it was repeating some of the same issues I was having with my last one. I wound up sucking it up and just ordering a new, better and improved one for more money. However, with all of the snowstorms around here, the package kept being delayed until the point of getting lost, so I have since filed a claim, and I am now waiting for it to be settled (to be either refunded or to finally have it delivered). Annoying as it may be, I am still able to do a little bit of editing, just at a reduced rate of efficiency.

Included with this post are some raw, unedited screenshots from the next clip I am working on featuring Cali Logan. The main premise we came up with was that Cali goes to her studio to decompress and experiment with a substance, only to discover tiny people in the process. The main bit revolves around Cali zoning out and imagining herself destroying the people, only to flashback to reality, and instead, have fun being weird with them.

I have been struggling a little bit with the rough edit for this clip, because a lot of Cali's best takes have had problems with transitions or slight consistency errors, so it has involved a bunch of trial and error (even more so than usual). Additionally, we tried to be a little visually creative with this one, so I am having trouble separating what the rough draft looks like vs what the final version will look like. Still, I think this one will be cool, all in all!

Other than that, I have been going through the Lauren Ashlyn VR shoot and trying to decide if any of them are worthy of being b-sides or not. However, there should at least be one full non-b-side clip finished by the end of the month :)

Also, I tried something different with this post, putting the pictures with the main post instead of down here, since Patreon changed the formatting and made it much more difficult (if not impossible, definitely discouraged) to put them here, hope that is okay!
