Character:Ashera, Cursed Silver Dragon (plus Fluffball, her Fuzzy Bat)

Ashera remembers very little from the time before she was placed in her world two decades ago. Adopted by a royal family, she eventually recognized how different she was from everyone else around her. She had no real ability for magic, she looked different, and she had a proclivity for blood over regular food.

Her dreams told her she was once a silver dragon, betrayed by her own kind and cursed to live again in a mortal shell. What this shell once was she still didn’t know, even after years of research. One thing was certain though, books and quiet companions were her two favorite things. She preferred not to talk with others and instead withdrew in vast libraries. She named her favorite companion Fluffball, a cute fuzzy bat that she raised in the recent years to keep her company during the long evenings of reading.

About Fuzzy Bats:

Fluffy and surprisingly docile, fuzzy bats represent a unique bat species that underwent the same process that transformed sun elves into dark elves during their descent into the Sunken World. The magic that changed the fugitive elves that sought refuge underground affected the creatures around them, granting them new powers.

These fuzzy flying critters possess exceptional echolocation and can navigate lightless caverns with almost unparallel efficiency. However, this transformation left them sensitive to sunlight, much like the dark elves they followed.
