Character: Appealia Bar, Technognome Arcane Attorney and Sorceress of Law

Judicious, prudent, and responsible, Appealia is a sorceress of law representing the forces of order that keep the chaotic technognomish society from collapsing. Distinguished for her extreme attention to detail and her remarkable steadfastness, Appealia earned a prestigious scholarship to study judicial magic under Mecky, the technognome demigoddess of law and order.

Technognome practitioners of law do not just simply learn the legal methodologies and jurimetrics of their society, but as they study the letter of the law, they become fully suffused with the spirit of the law that grants them remarkable magical powers to pursue the truth and if needed enforce order.

After her graduation as a judicial mage, she practiced law as an arcane attorney for several decades until she was distinguished by the technognomish government to serve as an ombudswoman of order, a powerful public advocate official with a significant degree of independence.

As a public advocate law sorceress, Appealia boarded Equilibria, an airship of historical significance that travels across the dragonrealms and beyond to safeguard the interests of gnomekind. In her new role, Appealia guides adventurers to achieve their goals while remaining within the boundaries of law and wields her considerable magic for the greater good.
