D&D Party: Theo, Analise, Torinn, Snoot, and Camilla (Patreon)

A party of five heroes I drew on commission recently! The heroes from left to right:

And their backstories:

Theo was found unconscious by passing monks who took him in as soon as they realized he had no past memories. After several years, Theo mastered the way of the four elements, training to prepare himself for whatever harsh things the world might throw at him. Once he felt he was ready, he bid farewell to the monks who cared for him and set out to find answers about who he truly was, eventually meeting and teaming up with Analise and Snoot along the way.

Analise is a simple traveling entertainer, sharing songs and stories to all who would listen, playing shows in taverns, on the streets, and anywhere the opportunity arises. During her travels, she met Snoot and they began traveling together for the sake of companionship.

Torinn was born into a secluded tribe of warriors and mystics, growing up to value the strength and endurance of the bear. Once he came of age, he set out to test his strength, eventually forming a group with other adventurers, including a female dragonborn bard named Brenna whose music captured his heart and tamed his desire for adventure. He settled down and started a family, but ten years later, his home was attacked and burned to the ground. Enraged and with nothing left to lose, Torinn embarked on a quest for vengeance to find the ones responsible for destroying his home and making sure nobody else has to suffer the way he did at the hands of the culprits. During this quest, he stumbled into Theo and Snoot, and they learned their goals were rather similar.

Snoot was raised in a large colony of ratfolk where she formed a connection with the land and the spirits of the wild from a young age. Not content to live in a crowded colony, she set out on her own to experience more of the natural beauty the world had to offer, meeting and forming a close friendship with Analise along the way.

Camilla is actually a royal princess who grew up very close with her mother, Queen Ellisia. As a toddler, Camilla was taught simple cantrips by her mother as a way to entertain herself and pass the time within the castle. When Camilla was eight years old, her mother fell seriously ill and quickly passed away. After the loss of the queen, Camilla's father, King Dominik, became very protective of the princess and would not permit her to ever leave the castle for fear of losing her as well. With nothing better to do, Camilla grew up spending most of her time in the vast castle library, further pursuing the arcane arts introduced to her by her mother. Around the time Camilla reached the age of twenty, she was kidnapped by rebels who sought to incite an uprising, but promptly rescued by Theo, Analise, and Snoot. With the aid of her new friends, Camilla peacefully quelled the uprising and reformed the monarchy into a more democratic council. A few months after the reformation, reports of a flying island began popping up. With a sense of wonder to see the world for the first time, Camilla set out with her new companions to investigate.
