Sleepy Xuna: Progress Tutorial (Patreon)

And here's the 5-step process WIP of this month's tier 3 reward!

First, I sketched this with pencil and paper.

Then I established the color palette for this whole piece, looking for the colors Xuna would pick for her own bedroom. ;)

Next comes the light sources that will highlight Xuna's morning (though technically there is no "morning" in star space!) This step helps me know where to darken or lighten the piece later on.

And then it's time for shading itself, as well as the lighting from the gems on the ceiling and stuff.

Finally, some details and final touches, and Sleepy Xuna is ready! What do you think?
