CYOA Suggestions! (Patreon)

It's time! The CYOA has begun, and now it's time for Patrons to suggest in what direction they would like the story to go.

There's only three rules:

1: Sanae will have to remain at least somewhat in character. If you're not sure if your idea is in character or not, you can just ask/post it and I'll let you know :).

2: The suggestions have to be 'simple' enough that it won't take multiple pages to illustrate. For example, don't suggest a paragraph of things to happen. If you'd like a fight to break ou with the loser to be tied up and taken away to the secret lair and tortured, break that into sections and we'll see if the story can get there!

3: Stay in universe! This CYOA is focused on the Boruto series, so characters from other series can't be involved, sadly.

That's all! The rest is fair game, no matter how crazy. Just remember your suggestions have to actually win the poll for the story to go that way!

We flip back to Konoha to see that both 'Hinata' and 'Sanae' are now intimately bound together at the feet of Shizune. However, the final panel reveals that Sanae has actually used her body switch jutsu again! Now Hinata looks like Sanae, Shizune looks like Hinata, and Sanae looks like Shizune!

Hinata: takes the captured ninja through the village to an unknown place that she is heading towards. Gonna keep trying the good old suggestion haha

Note, this CYOA iteration (Boruto/Hinata) will be coming to an end sometime near the end of this year/start of 2024. Keep that in mind when making suggestions! If you're going to suggest something, try and do so with the story in mind. Whether Sanae's ultimate goal fails and she's captured in the end, whether she abducts Tsunade and steals her from the village, or whether she simply wanted a bowl of that delicious Ichiraku Ramen, I'll be trying to push closer towards a conclusion with every page from here on out :).

And just so I'm clear, once this CYOA is done, another will begin, so I'm also excited for that! We'll cross that bridge when we come to it though.

Tsunade attempt to call Sanae's bluff goes to scream, only to get a sock from an unknown source stuffed in her mouth and some bandages wrapped around to keep her from spitting it out. Using some bandages as straps, Sanae attaches Tsunade to her backz, holding her there like Kankuro does his puppet. Sanae says to Tsuande "Time to go" All the while Tsunade is only able to thrash around, breasts bouncing and toes wiggling and angrily grumble at her captor

Tsunade is threatening Shizune, annoying the woman. To the point that Shizune was going to gag Tsunade, until a woman's foot is place over Tsunade's mouth to shut her up.

Sanae use the body switching jutsu once more to look like Tsunade, while making her way to the ramen shop.

Sanae arrives at Ichiraku Ramen, where TO is, having captured Samui similar to Tsunade

From ArtDiviant: my idea for the next one would be To flirts with Sanae. Sanae breaks character and begins to make out with To (with both their captives forced to watch), with the last panel reveling this has all been a part of To's book which she just finished with "inspiration" from Sanae, who is still bound in To's room (from your To introduction story)

For an example, you could suggest that Hinata begrudgingly opens the bag, only to find a bunny suit and rope inside! Alternatively you could suggest that she refuses to open the bag at all and instead attacks Sanae. Or you could say that Sanae was only using the bag as a distraction and uses the chance to knock Hinata out. Be as creative or as simple as you'd like! I think I'll accept suggestions until the end of the month, just about, before making the new poll.

How about we play to the tropes of the universe a bit? Some classic ninja trickery might be in order. The bag is a transformed shadow-clone of Sanae. When Hinata grabs it, there's a puff of smoke, and suddenly the 'bag' (now a Sanae copy) is grabbing her. Sanae chides about the oldest trick in the book and moves in. This could serve as the opening move of a fight scene, or an immediate successful takedown, depending on how following votes / pitches go :p

Inside the bag is a 'Sanae' costume as well as ninja restraints (and blindfold) Sanae's got herself a similar 'Hinata' costume that she'll be putting on herself. Sanae's going to switch places with Hinata, using old-fashioned disguises instead of ninjutsu. Then 'Hinata' (really Sanae) will lead a restrained and blinfolded 'Sanae' (really Hinata) to somewhere in the village. After all, who would stop or hassle a prominent Leaf ninja escorting an obvious missing-nin prisoner?

She pulls out some Chakra sealing talisman, which she throws at Hinata. But Hinata initially dodges them, and lunges at Sanae, but gets knocked out by the real Sanae from behind, who was using Genjutsu to fool her this entire time.

Ahh, I do love the set up! Very very creative (not to mention insanely dangerous for Sanae to impersonate the Hokage's wife..) To be fair, we'd have to cut this suggestion down a lot, probably just to the costumes/bindings/etc. I can't possibly illustrate everything you mentioned without multiple pages!

Hinata doesn't look in the bag. Instead she demands to be taken to her daughter first. Sanae knowing this would happen, have some restraints ready for Hinata. Some tight bindings and gagging later, Sanae thanks Hinata for making her job easy, as she open the bag to show a bound and gagged Himawari. Now her contractor have 2 Uzumaki's

Hinata opens the bag to find a bunch of binding materials and a picture. Sanae starts to complain about this job being indirect. Sanae states again she wants Hinata but first Hinata must kidnap the only heir to the uchiha clan, Sarada (which the image shows a smiling Sarada).

When Hinata asks what's in the bag, Sanae tells Hinata, 'her outfit.' Hinata opens the bag and finds it empty. Sanae then clarifies that she meant the outfit Hinata is wearing right now. She wants Hinata to strip and put all her clothes in the bag

Having caught up on the CYOA with the outfit swapping going on, logical next step would be the facial appearance and voice change (Hair, face, and voice, in this case, Sanae making Hinata look and sound like herself through a Jutsu technique (I think that's how it works in Naruto?).

Ninjas are notorious for getting out of ropes. Best distract Hinata so she can't focus on getting loose. (Suggestion: toys galore for HInata)

Given how they are getting ready to leave Sanae uses transformation jutsu to complete the illusion to look like Hinata and for Hinata to look like Sanae

Sanae knowing Hinata's eyes are a problem, moves to blindfolded her with a sealing tag and duct tape.

Hinata can still see so time for a hood to hide her face and a sealing tag (that Sanae tells her is an explosive one) to keep her from looking for a way out
