Pretty happy with how this one came out! Riza is an awesome character, likely my second favorite from the series, and Envy is one of my favorite villains ever, with a fun power and a fun design. He always seemed so perfect to me to utilize in these kind of scenarios, and so I had to make use of it.

Hopefully the attempt landed! And hopefully this image isn't too dark (wanted to make it look a bit eerie/atmospheric, but possibly went too hard on the darkness. Lemme know if so!)

Now onto the next picture! No rest for the wicked.

I don't think it's too dark. Kinda hard to use Envy in such a capacity and not make a bit dark, at least if you want to keep him in character which I think you've done a good job with. Riza doesn't get a lot of art like this depsite how popular FMA is, so it's nice to see a piece from such a talented artist.

Honestly I've always been surprised by how popular FMA was as an anime in relation to fanart and shit. Like, it was and still is referenced as probably one of the best series of it's kind, with a pretty much solid story the whole way through, a huge cast of memorable characters, good writing and growth, and more. And yet nobody draws much of it. Weird.

It's funny, even though I'd rate FMA in my top three favorite series ever, and has some amazing characters, I've barely ever drawn anyone from it. As you said, it really is popular despite that the lack of bondage art. Quite a head scratcher! Glad to have been able to do my part though! Out of curiosity, if I was to do another FMA piece, who would you want to see?

Can definitely agree that I'd say it's one of the best series (overall) I've had the pleasure to read/watch, and with multiple gals I really like. Maybe the show is cursed in some way?! I can't explain why the desire to draw the gals in bondage rarely surfaces.

I think that the lack of bondage/fetish art comes down to the fact that it's a series that never really falls back on sex appeal à la the likes of Fairy Tail, MHA, etc. (Even One Piece, deliberate lack of romance non-withstanding, does lean a bit into good old fanservice) Hence, there is not really a natural outlet to lead into bondage art the same way, unlike how in Fairy Tail, there's a fair bit of flirting with the fetish that makes it easy for fanartists to take the logical next step. If another FMA piece were to happen, I would have to be basic enough and root for Winry. Good character that ticks of all the right checkmarks for me.

Yeah, you must be right! Even Lust did next to nothing in regards to fan service, at least compared to what you'd expect haha. Winry is a good gal! And good gals deserve good bondage (or bad bondage). I'll keep that in mind for the future!

Love that bondage scene to the chair. Arms pulled over the top of the chair and legs pulled back too. Just makes it all look great. Thanks for sharing this.
