Ruby - Ball Gag Variant (Patreon)

One of the variant winners from last month. Swapping out that tape wrap for a ball gag.

I also decided I didn't quite like a few things about this picture, so I adjusted what I could to make it look a little better (to me at least) without redrawing anything huge. Particularly the face!

I've also added the previous two versions of Ruby that I uploaded before with the updates from today as attachment, if you'd like them.
