Caitlyn, from League of Legends. Looks like she's been strapped to a bed for the insane! Perhaps the criminally insane? I'm sure Jinx had nothing to do with it.

First time drawing a LoL gal ever, I think. Caitlyn is one of my favorites too! My favorite ADC for a long time anyway.
