If yall like warm static n whatnot, search like brown noise and the other types of noise other than just white noise on YouTube. I personally think brown noise is THE best. Reminds of nice soothing driving down a mountain highway

Red lights are on the lower end of the frequency of visible light so it's less energy. Red lights are better for maintaining "darkvision"
