Striiiiike truuuuuue!

I hope Thiala gets around to making a resurrected Legion of Doom to thwart the party, like Garesh, The Bullywog King, Galad, Duddle... Maybe even Josh, or the large-hogged Kobold Sorcerer? It would be horrifying. And just to see the party's consternation.

You think Moonshine would like to chill and watch this civil war play out? Emily's playing a character, that character wants to go home!

Nathan, somethin’s amiss at the crick. If your hometown and family were inflicted with a mysterious rotting flesh syndrome, wouldn’t you also be anxious to get back and get to the bottom of that?

Not to be That Person but I'm pretty sure you can heal even while Concentrating on a spell? It's only when you cast another Concentration spell, fail a Concentration saving throw, or fall unconscious that the spell involuntarily ends. And honestly I know that there are a Lot of rules and every group does what's best for them, so ultimately feel free to ignore me! I just play a lot of warlocks so Getting The Most Out Of Limited Spellcasting is very much my wheelhouse.

Hey, a comment in general--you guys should maybe record yourselves playing another game, not D&D, but in character. Monopoly, Catan, or even The Oregon Trail (or Organ Trail), as Moonshine, Hardwon, Beverly, and "Murph". It'd save Murph from doing extra homework, and could be a cool Patreon reward. Do a different game every few months or as a pre-tape for when one of you will be out of town for an extended period of time.

This is a cool idea! We had thought about doing something like Clue for Mixed Bag of Holding some time. - Murph

Murph sleep overs are the best part of the whole podcast. let the poor band of twos be the band of snooze.

This episode highlights my favorite part of DnD— even when you’re fighting a smiting asshole paladin that should wreck you, your spells are limited, and you forget how concentration spells work (happens so much IRL) you can still manage a victory. These guys are amazing storytellers, yet it still totally feels like a home game.

I have had the pregnant d&d character. It's crazy because the wild magic is weird.

Just subscribed to your patreon, this is the exact episode that's made me take the leap! Really wanted to know what all of you guys thought about the fight!! 😁 Excited for what's to come!!

Re listening to this campaign to wait for more eldermourne eps. Murph i think you're too critical of yourself. Sure there arent any lair actions but the story is still exciting even on a second list thru. Love y'all.

Same here on my second listen! My first time listening to campaign 1 I didn't have the patron so now listening back and getting the short rest with each episode is sick!
