Hello everyone, here is the latest animation featuring Roxy Migurdia from Mushoku Tensei!

I'm really glad Mushoku Tensei managed to win a poll as it is one of my favorite isekai shows and Roxy is definitely one of my favorite characters from it! I'm a little surprised to find her requested more that Sylphie, who was the star of the latest season. Though I suppose with Eris being in the spotlight in season one, and Sylphie in season two, it makes sense for you guys to want to see more Roxy content while we wait patiently for the story to reach her arc.

As for the animation, I'm really glad with how the colors on this one turned out. The show has a really great atmosphere to it, and you can tell that the team behind the artwork put a lot of work into it, so I studied some stills from the first season to try and get an idea for how they did it. The color grading in particular is really well done in Mushoku Tensei so tried my best to closely reference it and try and replicate it. In the end, I feel like the warm and vibrant fantasy aesthetic does shine through a little, so I'm happy with how that turned out.

Overall though, this animation certainly did challenge me. I spent more than double the time I usually spend on an animation to finish this one. I'm still not entirely sure why, though I'm guessing that it was just more intricate than usual, despite not feeling like that was the case. That, in combination with a bunch of things that have been going on IRL have kept me pretty busy these last few months. It's unfortunate that it took so long to finish, but I really like this character, and I wanted to do her justice. I wouldn't be satisfied with pushing out something that doesn't meet my standards just finish earlier, so I ended up taking my time with this one. (though in the end, it ended up being way more than I anticipated)

I have also been reminded that not everyone is on the discord, so I'll try and post updates here in the future if things take me longer than anticipated to finish, and I'll try to include some WIP gifs as well, so you can be reassured that I won't disappear and that animations are still being worked on!

As for the next animation, which will be Kronii from Hololive, I will aim to have it finished by the end of January. I hope you enjoy the animation, and also look forward to the next one. Thank you for your support!!
