Original Animated Short - Animatic (Patreon)

Hello everyone, I've got a small project in the works that I'm excited to tease today. As you can probably already tell from the title and thumbnail, I've decided to create an animated short!

I've been busying myself the last several days with getting some rough animations of each scene done, and I have compiled them into an animatic (though I might end up adding more in the future). The animation itself isn't very long (roughly 40 seconds), but it is by far my most ambitious project to date which brings me great excitement and a just a little apprehension. This is my first time making such a complex animation with multiple scenes so it will no doubt be a bit of a learning experience. While I'm actively trying to pick up a thing or two from my contemporaries, I welcome you to leave your own feedback if you have any.

Though I sincerely doubt I can finish this entire thing  in what little time remains of this month, what with both Christmas and New Years fast approaching, I will see to it that I finish at least one scene in its entirety for this month's rewards. I will continue to work on this animation in addition to my monthly releases as I find the time going into 2019 and my winter semester, so hopefully it'll be done within a reasonable amount of time.

Lastly,  there is one more thing I've not used so far in my works and that I would like to experiment with, and that is audio. If I can, I will try to look into perhaps buying a microphone to record some SFX with, and maybe even hire a VA. However, that will surely be one of the last steps in this process, and likely won't happen for a little while, though I certainly do have my research cut out for me. -_- Again, I am open to suggestions if you have any.
