Hi Everyone,

This is the first homework lesson for Diminished and Augmented Triads. In this lesson we're working exclusively on paper to get a clear picture of how to talk about and write out diminished and augmented triads. This lesson will prepare you for the next lesson, where we take these concepts and try them out on the guitar.

Other lessons in this series:

- Dim & Aug Triads Lesson

- Homework 2

- Practice

Please share your questions, homework, performances and whatever else you feel relates to this lesson on the community forum.

Check out the Lesson Archive for more Music Theory lessons.

This lesson is part of my Music Theory For Guitar series.
