Hello everybody,

Unfortunately I do not have much to report this week as I've spent this week dealing with a lot of non-development things to help me going forwards.

Primarily this has involved viewing various places to allow me to have a small office to work in going forwards.

Currently, as some of you may know, since graduating I've been living, running all my equipment and working within one very small bedroom in a house share, and its slowly been getting to the point I'm almost certain I'm getting cabin fever.

I've put up with feeling like this for months now but recently it has become completely unsustainable and the last couple of weeks it has been seriously affecting me mentally and I've needed to stop and take the time to resolve it.

So this week I've visited and viewed several places and after looking up crime rates, insurance costs, internet speeds etc, and spending a most of a day sitting on an embankment after my car broke down going to a viewing, I've now secured a place where going forward I'll have a dedicated room to use as an office for working in and developing the game.

I'm certain this decision will end up with a significant improvement on development going forward, but its meant there isn't much to show for in this week's update. Apologies for this, but I really needed to take some time to sort this out. Everything mentioned last week will therefore be carried forward to this upcoming week.

Thanks for all the new and continued support!

No need to apologise. Separating home from work is critical, and as is having a good place to work. One thing lockdown showed is, while you can work in your kitchen/living room/bedroom, you probably shouldn’t. Setting up an office can make a world of difference. Glad you’ve managed to find a space
