Firstly, I want to point out all I am waiting for with the next Defending Lydia Collier update is the renders, and they're ongoing. No time from DLC is being taken for this, it is something I've been doing each time a script is complete and I am waiting solely on Renders like I currently am for v.05 and I've been working on this for months, it has actually taken a hell of a lot of work.

Now on to the actual news.

Over the last few months I've been thinking of what to do with The Manifest and Shadows Over Manston. There were a lot of problems, and I can't solve them to suit everybody. Some people want more paths, some people want less, some people want it discontinued, some people want Defending Lydia Collier stopped. So I've taken steps to do what I think is best for the game.

So I've completely re-written Shadows over Manston.

I've started again and re-created the game from the very beginning, I've condensed paths, fixed glaring errors, stream-lined and clarified a lot of the story and made it a coherent, far better game than it was before. 

I've also created two versions of the game, a "TV Mode" where like CSI etc you'll see the content with Dusk and a "PC Eyes Only" mode, where all of this will be completely skipped.

There are no new renders, I won't be making any new renders until DLC is finished, however my plan with this release is to put SoM in a position whereby upon DLC's completion I can go back to it. 

It will be released on Saturday the 30th.

If you've never played Shadows over Manston before, I hope you like it, and if you played it previously I hope you'll find this re-release to be of a far better quality (story-wise) than it was previously, even if several of the things are different.

Regarding Defending Lydia Collier, it will have the v.05 release shortly after, as soon as the remaining renders have finished.
