I'm a little surprised at how far into the game they already are. There were dudes in the hotel to fight through, and FEDRA was who attacked at the statehouse. I think they're going to make FEDRA the big bad later on. I'm really enjoying this show. It's great that we can have fun with it.

It is! I keep waiting for them to find rags, bottles, duck tape and stuff to make shivs with. I do wonder how they're going to handle Pittsburgh when they get there. It's going to be cool to watch it unfold.

Jakarta was mentioned in the first episode. That blue "spring" thing that was attached to that doctor's suit was an air hose, I believe.

"Think of the UTI's!" Damn it girl, you had me laughing so hard I about choked on my chuckles!! Great reaction as always! I loved both of these episodes, but if I had to choose I'd give the edge to the 1st episode just because I love how they started the break down of society. It had some similarities to Fear the Walking Dead, which is my personal favorite intro to the post apocalyptic world. I loved the slow burn aspect to Fear that you're right, we don't get to see very often in the genre. But The Last of Us does a great job of balancing between the slow burn feel and the intense action by jumping back and forth between past and present.
