Hey heroes!

Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.

Here are the randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!

Ideas

1)  Bottled Will-o'-Wisp  — A crystal bottle with a will-o'-wisp tethered to it that can be shaken to glow, or unleashed to make a spell attack that deals lightning damage. The wisp usually returns to the bottle, but there is a chance it is set free and becomes hostile.

2)  Web Of Fingers  — Creatures hit by this magical net feel a sensation of being tickled. It also has charges that can be expended to cast the hideous laughter spell.

3)  Frost Guardian's Shieldbow  — This elegant longbow has a small shield of dagger ice at the grip. It grants a bonus to AC and deals extra cold damage. It also has charges that can be expended to call down a rain of frozen arrows, create an icy platform in the air that you can attack from, or use a reaction to create a wall of ice spell between you and and attacker.

4)  Steam Star  — A morningstar that has a steam mephit trapped inside, making it deal fire damage instead of piercing. It can release a cone of scalding steam, or harmlessly use that steam to replicate the blur spell for creatures in it's space.

5)  Xorn Eye Coin  — A magical golden coin with a swiveling eye on one side. When activated, the eye stares in the direction of the nearest treasure containing precious metals and stones, such as coins and gems, and vibrates the closer you are for 1 hour.

6)  Choker of Many Voices  — This silvery choker is made of a weird stretchy material with a phrase written on it in multiple languages. While you wear this choker you can perfectly imitate an accent that you have heard before, in a language that you know.

7)  Crown of Resonant Spheres  — A crown for wizards that enhances your understanding of the weave of magic, allowing you to bend your spells to your liking. You can learn Metamagic options from the sorcerer class when you attune to it, which use charges from the crown instead of sorcery points.
