Hey heroes!

Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.

You can submit your ideas on Discord, too! Come join us in the #patron-item-workshop channel!

You may recognize some returning item suggestions! Items can be renominated and re-drawn for weekly polls following a week-long cooldown.

Here are the randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!

Ideas

1)  Navis Anima  — A pedestal with a cloudy gemstone with a sunset hue. You can perform a ceremony to bind the pedestal to a vehicle. The anima is sentient and can control the vehicle, move the vehicle slowly without a source of movement, and communicate telepathically with creatures in contact with the vehicle.

2)  Siderial Implants  — This bracer glows with otherworldly power and becomes a pair of bracers and greaves when you attune. When you finish a short or long rest you can choose between two forms, each granting various benefits such as: increasing AC, making a special melee attack, and giving you a fly speed.

3)  Blazing Ax  — This magical axe is covered in burn marks while its blade has lute strings across it. This weapon can be used as both a lute and a spellcasting focus for bard spells. You can use your bardic inspiration to grant bonus fire damage to nearby allies, or cast the misty step spells and deal fire damage to nearby creatures.

4)  Bracers of the Beast  — These fur-lined bracers allow you to transform your hands into claws. While transformed your unarmed strikes deal additional damage and make additional attacks.

5)  Blink Belt  — This fine belt with a large fox tail attached to the back. Your movement speed increases by 5 feet and it has charges that can be used for a modified blink spell, allowing you to stay in the Etheral Plane for a full turn.

6)  Heart-seeking Bow  — A beautiful gilded bow fashioned after a deity of wisdom and medicine. When you hit a creature you can expend charges to mark them, causing the marked target to take damage whenever you make an attack even if you attack another target.

7)  Doc's Curing Stone  — A small pewter raven skull favored by wandering healers. Putting the skull into a drink turns it into an elixir that can cure any nonmagical disease and the poisoned condition.

Thanks to everyone who submitted item ideas and voted for them this week!

Keep on adventuring!
