Hey heroes! Let's make an item you'd find in a festival!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Ringmaster's Lash — A magical whip that can cause nearby beasts to become either charmed or frightened by you when you expend a charge to snap the whip down. You also gain a bonus to Wisdom (Animal Handling) checks while attuned to it.

Sugarcloud Spinner — A colorful wand that allows you to generate sweet clouds of spun colored sugar from its end. It has no nutritional value and can't be used as rations, but tastes delicious. 

Aerial's Silken Sash — A red silk belt worn across a shoulder or as a scarf that can be released to form a long silken rope. While unfurled like this and held, you can control the other end of the rope as if it were a mage hand spell.

Brumal Hat — A small, snowy tophat that can be used to cast the alter self spell once a day. When you do, you take on the form a snowperson (whose appearance is up to you), your movement speed is 0, and you are indistinguishable from a normal snowperson.

Fool's Invitation — A scroll bearing the image of a jester. When used, it explodes into a cloud of colorful confetti and summons 8 matching jesters in random locations around you. You control the jesters, which are illusory and vanish if they take any damage or if you lose concentration on the effect. You magically appear to match the jesters, and can expend a jester to conjure various tricky effects.
