Hey heroes! Let's make an item you'd find in a tavern!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Barkeeper's Armistice — A small set of magical coasters that can be thrown to a point within range, creating a zone of peace in a cylinder centered on that location for up to X minutes. During this time, all attack rolls are made with disadvantage, and all saving throws and Charisma (Persuasion) checks are made with advantage within the zone. Consumable.

Sodden Club — A drink-stained stool leg now fashioned into a magic club. It has X charges and regains 1dY charges daily at dawn, but you can regain 1 charge early each day by pouring 1 ounce of liquor or 1 pint of beer over it. When you hit a creature with it, you can expend a charge to force it to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, it retches, using its action to do so, on its next turn.

Cad's Cork — A set of magical corks that never seem to be the right size to fit in a bottle. You can speak its command word when you use an action to cork a bottle with it to cause it to grow or shrink to fit the bottle's mouth. Any creature that uses an action to open the bottle without speaking its command word must make a DC X (something high) to uncork it. If the creature has had an alcoholic drink within the last hour, it makes the check with disadvantage.
