The Forecaster's Cloak's art and cards are now free, as well as its entry in the Ledger+! Have fun with this druidcraft-inspired cloak for all your parties' weather-related curiosities! 

If you don't know how to determine weather, there are a lot of ways to do so. I personally like rolling a d6, with low rolls being crumby weather and high rolls being better. Each time you roll afterwards for the next day or so (while you're in the same region), it stays relatively the same for rolls of 2-5, with slight changes in either direction, but can drastically change on a roll of 1 or 6 for either storms or brutal sun, etc.

Of course, there are also online generators. And, of course, even professional weathermen are wrong, like, most of the time.
