Elite Workshop Day 2 — Let's make a Spirit Naga item! (Patreon)

Hey heroes! Let's make something from a spirit naga!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Amulet of the Spirit Naga — A platinum amulet with a ruby at its center. When you're reduced to 0 hit points while wearing it, you can use your reaction to be incapacitated at 1 hit point for 3 rounds. You are immune to damage in this state. After the 3rd round, you regain 10d10 + 20 hit points. The amulet can't be used again for [a while] after doing so.

Serpent's Gaze — A narrow, snake-like mask that has 2 charges and regains any expended charges daily at dawn. When a humanoid ends its turn within 30 feet of you and can see you, you can use your reaction to cast the dominate person spell on it. A creature that succeeds on saving throw is immune to the effect for 24 hours.

Cloak of the Serpent Superior —  A cursed, heavy scaled cloak from a naga's hide. You gain resistance to poison damage and have advantage on saving throws against poison and charming effects while wearing it. In addition, it has a number of charges that can be used to cast charm person, detect thoughts, dominate person, or hold person.
