Ideas

Cumulonimbus Crawlers — Boots that let you conjure dense fog around you, then swim through it in any direction, including upward. Could also cast featherfall to float down on a small cloud of fog.

Rod of Pandemic Winds — A rod that lets you summon brief tears in the elemental plane of air that create and shatter vacuums of air at points you choose. The sound is deafening and maddening, causing short or indefinite madness to those who are subjected to it.

Skylit Greaves — Mithral greaves that allow you to take on aspects of an air elemental, such as the ability to easily escape grapples or fly. You're always under the effects of the jump spell, and you gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage.
