Ideas

Savoli's Secret Soup Pot — A lidded pot that, when cooked with, can imbue one of several benefits once a day to up to X creatures who eat the meal cooked from it, such as advantage on certain saving throws, temporary hit, points, etc. If you're proficient with cooking utensils, the bonuses are enhanced.

Watchman's Staff — A staff with a lighthouse at the end of it that casts dim light in a radius around you and has X charges. You can expend a charge as a bonus action to cast the light from the lighthouse in a Y-foot cone. All creatures within the cone are affected by the beacon of hope spell until the start of your next turn, and any invisible creatures or shapeshifters are revealed.

Hands of Comfort —  Soft, silken, lavender gloves adorned with vine and floral patterns. These gloves worn in place of gauntlets by knights that desire to help ease the minds of their companions. While wearing these gloves, you can expend X hit points from your pool of Lay on Hands to target that creature with an effect from the calm emotions spell.

Ring of Transference — A ring that allows you to take a temporary penalty to one of your own ability scores in order to grant them to another creature. You can take a -2 penalty to an ability score, or -1 to two different scores that lasts for 1 hour. When you do, you can choose another creature within X feet of you to gain a bonus to those scores equal to your penalty for the next 1 hour. 

Helm of the Platinum Dragon — A helm for dragonborn. When worn, you can choose to heal creatures affected by your breath weapon, instead of dealing damage with it.

Rose of Nemor — A rose with 1dX + Y petals on it when found. It can be used as a spell component when casting a spell that restores hit points to a single creature. When you do, one of the petals wilts and falls off, and that creature regains an additional 2d10 (?) hit points. A petal can be plucked from the rose and dropped in a healing potion to imbue it with the same effects.

Valkyrie's Winged Helm —  This ornate winged helmet is carved with runes that blend giant and celestial, and it is always immaculately clean. While you are wearing this helm you are immune to the frightened condition and can speak, read, and write celestial. You can also activate the helmet as an action to form a pair of radiant wings from the helm, taking on the aspect of the Valkyrie. When you do so, you can cast bless and bane (save DC 13) without material components simultaneously on separate targets. You are able to concentrate on these effects as if concentrating on a single spell, and can spend an action to recast both as long as the helmet is activated. These spells end when you lose concentration or the helm's effect ends. Additionally, you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed and have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Intimidation) checks. This form lasts for 1 minute or until you dispel the wings as a bonus action or fall unconscious.
