Hey heroes!

Let's make something haggish! Not to be confused with haggis, but I get it. Remember that these are initial balances and writeups that are subject to change.

Ideas

Putra, Beautification Formula No. 5 — A bottle of perfume that grants bonuses to Charisma checks for the first hour after it's sprayed, but penalties to all Charisma checks after that for the next 24 hours or are magically cleaned. If it's sprayed on the same creature twice within a 24 hour time period, they take poison damage and amass horrific boils on their skin.

Plaguespreader — A blowgun that forces creatures it hits to make Constitution saving throws or suffer from a poison-like effect for 1 minute. For each creature within 100 feet of you suffering from this effect, the blowgun deals extra damage. If a creature dies while under this effect, its body gives off a horrendous gas that causes creatures within 10 feet of it to also make the saving throw to resist falling under the effects of the poison-like effect.

Widow's Tea — A dark set of ceramic tea cups and kettle possessed by the spirit of a hag. The first serving of tea poured into a cup from this set from the matching kettle is suffused with the malignant spirit. While the tea is delicious, a creature that drinks it must make a Constitution saving throw or take poison damage and be paralyzed, or just half the poison damage on a success. Once the spirit affects a cup of tea in this way, it can't be used again for X days.
