While wearing these black leather boots, you can choose to not fall prone when you're reduced to 0 hit points. Whenever you make a death saving throw while unconscious, you gain a walking speed of 10 feet and tremorsense out to a range of 10 feet until the end of your turn. You're still blind beyond this range. You can choose which direction to walk in while unconscious in this way.
