This pair of golden rings play a sad, sad melody when you rub the two fingers wearing them together. Creatures that know the vicious mockery cantrip can use this set of rings as a somatic component instead of the normal verbal component required by the spell. 

Chardonnay's patience was spent. He'd had more than enough of the duke's complaining. His pale blue skin itched with his impatience.

"You know, Arwhil," the tiefling interrupted, "if you'd actually talk to your townsfolk instead of droning on and on about how uncultured their lawns looked, you might actually do your job for once. Besides, I think we've heard enough. I'd say that you're the necromancer we've been looking for."

Duke Vesten's heavy face grew pale. The rest of the party looked to Chardonnay, their faces only slightly surprised. He shrugged, lifted his left hand, and slowly played a mockingly sad tune on the tiniest of violins.
