This scarf is decorated with countless snowflake designs and decorative icy gems. It sparkles like new-fallen snow in the light. While wearing this scarf, you have resistance to cold damage. In addition, whenever you take the Attack action, you can replace any number of those attacks with special ones: for each replaced attack, you run your hand across the scarf to magically collect a snowflake from it. You then immediately make an attack with the snowflake, treating it as if it were a magic dart. On a hit, the target takes cold damage, instead of piercing damage, and its speed is reduced by a cumulative 10 feet until the start of your next turn; this effect can't reduce a creature's speed below 10 feet. The snowflakes melt and magically reappear on the scarf at the end of the turn.

Each snowflake is as unique as the wound it leaves behind.
