The weight of this gilded blade is perfectly balanced. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, which deals an extra 2d4 slashing damage to any hostile creature it hits. If you roll the same number twice on these d4s, the sword gains 1 charge. The sword can hold up to 4 charges.

Scale Tip. While holding the sword, you can expend 1 of its charges as a bonus action or as part of making an attack roll with it. When you do, you tip the scales of fate. Choose a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you: that creature gains advantage on the next attack roll it makes, and the next attack roll against it is made with disadvantage. This benefit lasts until the end of your next turn.
