Rocket has many names for Neel. Pup, Wolf boy, Toy, Hole. All of them basically mean the same thing though. He's Rockets personal service assistant. Anytime Rocket has an urge, Neel is always right there for him and more than happy to help ;D Gotta have someone you can count on when you're traveling though deep space!!
