Oroka is mad, evil and unstable. 

She is Akiko's twin sister and, like her, one of Sunako's personal generals.

She is an experienced kunoichi, very skilled in combat. With her very long fingers, she is a ruthless e skilled tickler who knows no words of mercy.

Together with Nova and Akiko, she tortures Sunako's victims to extort money and information. 

Oroka is very proud of her agility and strength but also incredibly ticklish, something Akiko often takes advantage of.

Because Oroka considers herself the leader between the two, she is easily angered and humiliated when her sister manages to defeat her by tickling her. In addition, Akiko is not very ticklish, which makes Oroka feel even more humiliated.
