sounds like having the series would be something fun and dynamic for the channel, and a way for you to check out groups you’re not as familiar with :) i def see what you mean though.. for certain groups if you’re not on it when it’s released it may not get as much traction as you’d like if you post the video once the initial hype has died down, IF that’s a group people don’t gravitate towards your channel for… for sure something tricky to have to think through 😅 if you want to do a mix of both, like staying up for some groups that might get more views if you post it right away and then record the groups you’re known for like treasure etc when you have the time.. that could work (but then i feel like if you’re already excited to check out those groups you’re known for, you might end up posting it right away regardless so idk…) my comment is just me thinking out loud, probably didn’t help much but i’ll be sure to check out that trc video!! 🫡🫡

I'm excited for series, i feel like those could be a lot of fun! As to whether you should be staying up till 5 am for MV's, personally I feel it's fine to be a few days late, especially if it's taking a toll on you to stay up so late. 7:25 Alrighty I'm closing this video

I do think keeping up with some of the bigger names mv and track wise is good for the channel with a sprinkle of underrated and unheard of groups/debuts to spread out fans but no need to stay up hella late lol, but I do like the idea of the who is series and maybe some other content to keep things not stale, fans of groups will come and go but those who really like the things you try will stay so it doesn’t hurt to try something new (rip to the 2pm video) throwing out some idea you could do some kind of series like where are they now or something checking out old music and then seeing if the group has new stuff or if they’ve broken up and have new music solo or new groups(combining old but gold and who is),maybe you can check artists/groups from certain labels, delve into a genres type video, bring back fashion videos or ignore me all together lol I applaud you I had my doubts but you won that trc video lmao

i like the idea of having series videos esp the fact that guides would be introduced in that ! your who is series was really something i looked forward to watching whenever i saw it in my notifications (post notifs gang lol🥰) maybe you can do a get to know type of video where you let your subs vote for a certain group and they recommend short comps / mv’s u could’ve missed / dance practices they want you to see or even b-sides you haven’t heard? like it would be a fun little video combined of so much fun stuff that could get you into more groups on a deeper level therefore will attract their fanbase to your channel a bit more? this could be a trash idea, i have no CLUEE but i’m just freeballing ideas here. i also have an idea for patreon that might be fun. what if you dropped like one concert a month or smth? the only concert i remember watching with you was treasure’s first concert and bp’s coachella headline it was so much fun !! i would love for that to be smth you could do !! ♡

yea i think the series would be cool! be careful with staying up too late too often though:) as a college student the burnout of staying up too late too often is way worse than regular burnout imo

Here's the thing about reaction channels: 1. You'll catch the attention of someone by reacting to what they are interested with. 2. When you get their attention, it is your goal to retain them as your watcher having same interest with you rather than them watching you because they just want to feed their pride about their groups. 3. Number 2 is the reason why your videos are performing even though you are late on reacting to specific groups such as iKON and Treasure because you were consistent and passionate about your reactions and that's what make people stay. 4. Believe it or not it works the same way with Anime and Kdrama. Each shows/actors have their own solid fandom. And with these, you really have to be vocal about your thought process because one of the reason why they watch reactions, is to know if someone actually have the same way of thinking as them. 5. Numbers 1 - 4 are your constant and consistent ways to gain and retain audience. The series that you talked about is something that will leverage you from the other reactors. And is an effective way to gain reputation within the community. People will now check your channel if you reacted to their favorite group or show.

I life the idea of the series videos. I mainly watch your anime and K-drama reactions, so I would like to discover more K-pop groups and their music. Always prioritize your health and well-being; if you have to stay up late, try to limit it to only a few times a week.

My thoughts on how new releases go is that if it’s a big name group, stray kids or ateez for example, it’s best to get a reaction out quickly. This is because there are so many people reacting to them. You want to be quick so your name pops up when people do the search for reactions. It’s not buried under all of the other people reacting. Whereas a less popular group, let’s say pentagon, doesn’t have nearly as many people reacting. So the fan base will keep searching several days after a release has dropped because we really want to see a reaction no matter how long it takes. And then their is also, like you said, the reactors who are known fans of a group and they can take as long as they want with those groups because the fan base already knows you are a fan and are willing to wait and hear your opinion. And I also like the series idea.

Nah I watched tune trials AND I LOWKEY DOUBTED YOU 🤣🤣🤣

highkey i got discouraged on the fashion front within the kpop realm only because of ppl telling me i talk too much on it or don't discuss the other aspects (vocal/dance) etc but that is true and i did not think of resuming things in that lane. thanks for the suggestion bro

a2r

yeah i've only done like 2/3 concerts before but i think it turns out better if it's a concert for a group i love. i think it reflects on my concert interests in general since like bts 2018(19?) was my first concert ever, i used to not understand the appeal. after doing a few of those, i understand now but still don't extend myself to want to go to many artists shows unless i love like most their discog. or really like them so doing a concert a month, i don't know how many groups i'd have - i can look into it.

a2r

sleep schedule hasn't been the same since i got into this tbh, i was a heavy gamer before yt and even then i didn't stay up as late lol.

a2r

nope no need! thank you for reading and even sharing your thoughts, all of y'all help!

a2r

Preciate you! Wait, I didn't know there were people here that watch mainly anime/kdramas tho. I'm a bit surprised ngl!

sincerely, nai. ♡

that makes sense and i do agree watching concerts of artists you genuinely have a connection with and a vibe with makes it what it is !

Nah dude, if people don't like that then they can find someone else who doesn't talk about it. It's so cool to hear about fashion aspects in kpop cause they really do be trying some wild shit and I'm so here for it. Please dont listen to those people, I'm sure I'm not the only one who enjoys your thoughts on it

mssmercedes

Yeah this is pretty much my same take I guess the only thing I would add is maybe some way to stay in tune with those artists that are brand new, up and coming or underrated. I think it's a little bit different than those groups that have a solid fandom but aren't extremely popular. I've always admired that you're one of the few reactors who will give a group a chance where some others don't even want to hear about it unless it's going to bring guaranteed views.
