Hey guys! 

I'd reposted a good bit of old content with Streamable during the free trial. I was awaiting an email back for about 12 days because they wanted me to pay for the year suibscription before I knew how well this would work and there were some issues that I was trying to have them troubleshoot for me.  (If you remember when I posted the test live stage video on the old page) 

Either way, I never got an email back so I never wanted to commit to the yearly membership upfront, I requested for them to allow me to pay for one month until my questions got answered, but I didn't get a response back (17 total days.)

I just went to go pay for one month on the website and they STILL charged me for the entire year, and even better, the account still says I'm on the "basic" plan, and made all of the videos I uploaded private, even though they somehow just took a full year amount from me even when the checkout page said $19.99 due today and monthly payments. 

So now I have to wait for another customer support ticket which would be during the weekdays for me to get a response. 

Sorry for the inconvenience, I am also sick they just finessed me out of money too.

oh no ): i hope this gets resolved quickly for you. nothing irritates me more than websites and apps that have absolutely terrible customer support help. especially after taking money from you like ???
