I had a question for those inclined to answer:

Once I've drawn a particular character, how long should I give it before going back to the series they came from? Either for them again, or, far more likely, another character from the same series.

This is just a general question and doesn't affect anything in the near future (as I always say, I don't know what I'm doing until I sit down to do it), but it is something that comes up now-and-again. I'll get an urge to draw someone, but think that it might be a bit too close to the last time I did someone from it and put it off.

Since I only do one major fan art piece a month, it can be a long time before I end up getting back to them. Conversely, since it takes so long to cycle things I don't want to make people sick of the same old choices coming up over and over.

Of course, I'm always going to slip my obscure bullshit that nobody likes or cares about in there too when the time is right By my calculations, with some well-placed popular ladies, I can slip Narancia in there in about 6-8 months time :P

Anyway, I just wondered if anyone was really all that fussed about it or not. Most of the variety comes from the polls anyway.
