Hanabi 'sparkle'  from Honkai Star Rail game. ^.^
created in Koikatsu BetterRepack RX20, but may work in older versions as well too.

I added mod and costume coordinate in zip archive
                    Attention!, this character needs a mod! (mod file inside archive)
how install mod:
1. unpack Koikatu_W Hanabi_rurri00+Mod.7z
2. copy file [纸鸢]花火.zipmod to mods folder:  \Koikatsu game folder\mods
