New reward for $2+ Patrons (Patreon)

This is a new tier reward for $2+ Patrons. I've been re-thinking my goals and came to the conclusion that I think it's fair to give $2+ Patrons the advantage to download without adfly already. One Patron also asked me about this.

My goal is still to provide direct links for everyone when I reached a certain amount of patrons. It will take a while before I reach that goal, so for now all $2+ Patrons have this advantage already. If I reach my goal (and provide direct links for everyone) I will change this reward and think of another reward that you get instead. If you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know, but I can't promise you anything. :)

Just to clarify: I won't edit tiers on a regular basis. So this is just an exception. I might add new tiers in the future, but nothing too soon or often.
