If you're going with the "vampire queen" aesthetic (which was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the picture), one and four would work equally as well. Otherwise, I don't think any one option is better than the others.

Ponywatching

The Legend of Twilight Sparkle: Four Princesses Adventure! The "story" is in her face - especially her eyes! - and her pose. They all work very well but for different things - red adds a slightly threatening dramatic context, yellow and green feel like we're in a tower in the clouds or an underground palace respectively, and blue is more self assured, like she's been queen for a long time now and while you need to pay respect she isn't about to launch an attack.
