Al was trying to explain simple economics of supply and demand. Quantity of a product is on the x axis, while the price of a product is on the y axis. Supply and demand work on this axis in an inverse relationship, and the price constantly tries to be in equilibrium. This means as the more SUPPLY of a PRODUCT exists, the less DEMAND and SCARCE it is which makes it priced at a lower point. The opposite is also true. Since it is an inelastic product, as Mark said, meaning that no matter what people are going to buy that product, like I don’t go a single week without buying gas, a person with diabetes most likely go a month without insulin, and a person addicted to Newport’s gone always buy they cigs. If the OVERALL SUPPLY of product goes DOWN, the overall PRICE goes UP because it has become more SCARCE. The more scarce a product becomes, and the more inelastic it is, the quicker we see that equilibrium price point become affected. I think Dove had a great idea, let’s chill with the taxes on gas for now. This shit is getting ridiculous.

The worst thing that would happen if AI does become sentient and they just live amongst us as people, is that since they store every piece of metadata in they hard drive, you will not be able to win any type of argument.
