The base of this story is the fictive "Succubus Virus".

Any infected female will gradually lose her reproductive function if she does not receive treatment, and that treatment is none other than a pregnancy!

The only problem is that their wombs now absorb all the semen they receive, giving them a body that is rather hard to impregnate.
